Here you will find

Opportunities
to Learn About Architectural Engineering
During this first
year you will be learning the fundamentals of engineering. You will
use most of what you learn later in your architectural engineering courses,
but there are not any that are specific to AE. If you're interested
in learning more about the major we suggest the following:
- Visit the department
and talk with one of the advisors
- Reviewing the
curriculum sheet page for course
lists
AE Structural Concentration
AE Mechanical Concentration
Please note: The 2011 and 2012 Curriculum Sheets are newly issued. They include the courses for the first two years with new rubrics.
- Attend one of
the student professional society meetings (ASCE or AEI). You'll find
notices of their meetings posted on the department bulletin boards
outside Curtis 251 each term.
