Dr. Hamid Awarded by The Masornry Society

Dr. Ahmad Hamid

Dr. Ahmad A. Hamid, professor of structural engineering in the Civil, Architectural, and Environmental Engineering department, was presented with an Outstanding TMS Journal Paper Award by The Masonry Society (TMS) for his paper “In-plane Strengthening of URM Wall Subassemblages Using GFRP Laminates” published in TMS journal volume 22, number 1.  The Masonry Society is an educational, scientific, and technical society recognized as the foremost source of masonry knowledge.
