The CAEE department congratulates Regina Cagle for being selected as a Fulbright Scholar! Starting this fall, Regina will study in Quito, Ecuador at the Universidad de San Francisco, pursuing a Master’s degree in Sustainable Energy Development while she conducts field research in investigating energy solutions for developing countries. During her time in Ecuador, Regina will collaborate with Engineer’s Without Borders (EWB) and the Latin American Energy Organization (OLADE). Regina is a member of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers and the Society of Women Engineers and was an Engineering Exchange student in France and an AmeriCorps Scholar in service to Pennsylvania. Regina also bicycled from the East Coast to San Francisco to fundraise for the victims of Hurricane Katrina.
